Efficient Flame Retardant Masterbatch

The Efficient Flame Retardant Masterbatch <FR-PP concentrate> is made up of many chemical additives and through special craft. It is very easy for users in manufacture application.

1 Applications:

The FR-PP concentrate is mainly used in PP-terylene filature. PP-fabric, plastic wiring products, screw inject products and extruder molding products, etc.

It is easily to disperse in plastic particles.

2 How to use:

1) The dilute proportion of FR-PP concentrate is 1:10. The flammablity of the products obeys to the standard of "DL�4—V2".You can also regulate the dilute proportion according to the require of your products' design.

2) During the process of manufacture, you should keep the temperature 40 centigrade lower than usual.

Attention please:

When you use the FR-PP concentrate, you shouldn't lard objects that may affect the flammablity of the products.
